All Apple devices come with one year of standard warranty that covers all defects caused by the manufacturer. During this period, if your Apple device shows any problems, you can take your device to our Apple warranty center for examination and repair.
The warranty service does not apply to the following cases:
- Hardware components such as a battery or protective layer could be worn out over time, except for defects caused by a material or mechanical process.
- Appearance issues, including (but not limited to) scratches, concaves, and broken plastic on connecting ports, except for defects caused by material or mechanical processes.
- Malfunction caused by any third-party components or products which does not demand Apple technical specifications (the Apple technical specifications for each device is available at https://apple.com/ and also at retail stores).
- Malfunction caused by accidents, overuse or incorrect use, exposure to fire or liquid, earthquake, or any other natural causes.
- Malfunction caused by not following official Apple guidelines when using Apple products.
- Malfunction caused by any warranties (including upgrades and expands) not done by Apple authorized stores or Apple authorized service provider (AASP).
- Any repair or hardware interference on Apple devices that does not have allowance documents by Apple.
- Any problems caused by normal atrophy or declines over time of Apple products.
- If a serial number has been removed from Apple devices.
If Apple receives information from officials (in this case is about your device having been stolen, or unable to disable passcode or any type of security protocols to prevent unwanted access on such device). If you cannot prove authorization on your Apple device (by providing purchase invoice or any documents).
